Changing sleeping positions

I’m not sure if I’m the only one that does this, but I fall asleep in the same position for years, and if I’m not in that position I can’t fall asleep. For the last few years that position has been lying on my side. But then after a few years, something changes and I don’t find that position comfortable anymore. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I had such bad sleep. So I decided to try falling asleep lying on my stomach instead, and it worked!

At first it was a bit uncomfortable but now I can’t really sleep unless I lie on my stomach. I’ve slept really well lately which is great. I love waking up in the morning without feeling completely exhausted.

What position do you fall asleep in? And do you also change it up every now and again?

    Usually on my right side, but it was the left side 2 years ago. Shoulder issues force the change. I use a CPAP too. Glad you’ve found more all important sleep. ūüôā
