Trade Me CS Good Times

June 6, 2015

As I suspected, I wasn’t able to take many photos last night. Most of them were taken at Four Kings as the lighting there wasn’t too bad, but as soon as we moved to Electric Avenue, I wasn’t able to take photos at all. Well, I took photos, but they are blurry and grainy to the point where it’s not worth keeping them.

The below photos are still grainy, but I thought I could at least upload them so that I have something to share from the night!

It was a really fun night with an 80s theme. We started out with ‘Rockin Bingo’ or something like that, which is pretty much Bingo, but with a twist. There were speed rounds that went so fast I hardly managed to keep up, but it was fun.

I managed to get a line and ran up to get my prize only to realise there were two of us. So to determine who the winner was we had to play that game where you hold on to a thing with a button, and when the light flashes green you press the button. The person who presses the button last or too early loses. That person was me unfortunately. But they were totally cheating because while I was waiting for the green light to come up, the guy yells ‘Go!’. And because I was so ready to press the button, I did. Mean.

So I didn’t win anything, but it was still fun. For each number called out they played some type of rock song. There were a few in there that I like, but they seemed to be the ones they played the least of for some reason.

After the Bingo we moved on to Electric Avenue where we had an 80s Disco. Something I thought was funny last night is that usually the food that comes out disappears really fast and you have to get in there quick to get some, but there was food sitting around the whole night. I didn’t eat much to be honest, because I was busy dancing and socialising. Maybe it was the same for the others, haha.

So all in all a fun night, I was home in bed by midnight, but still slept till lunch time today. That was expected though. Now it’s time to figure out what to do for my hangover lunch. Likely fish and chips! 🙂
