7-minute workout challenge

So, I know a lot of people don’t believe in this thing, but there’s this app that takes you through a 7-minute workout that is supposed to be a good alternative for those of us who are too lazy to exercise for longer. So I’ve decided I’m going to try it out for a month to see if I notice any difference. I’m not really looking to lose weight, just toning up a little bit and get more energy.

The way that I look at it is that even though it might not help heaps, it’s surely better than doing nothing at all, right? I decided I was going to do this throughout July a couple of weeks ago. I don’t have a very good history of sticking to these things, but I’ll give it a go anyway.

Morning-Workouts

I’m going to wake up earlier each morning and complete this 7-minute workout before I get ready for work. I struggle so much already with actually getting out of bed each morning, so it does terrify me to think I have to wake up even earlier, but I believe I can do it if I really put my mind to it.

I completed the first workout this morning. It wasn’t easy. I was super tired, and it just felt horrible. I guess this is to be expected if you’re not used to it though, so I won’t let that put me off. Jeremy reckoned that I would feel more energised than normal afterwards, but I can’t say it’s changed anything for me today. Again, that’s probably something that would change over time.

So wish me luck. If I get through the whole month, I’ll let you know if I noticed any difference.
