I’ve struggled for a long time to find muesli that I actually enjoy. Why do I keep looking you ask? Because a lot of the time, they are better for you than the cereals I eat. I’m happy to say I’ve finally found muesli that I will keep buying.
The problem I had was that I absolutely cannot stand fruit in cereal or muesli. It has no place there, haha. So I’ve been looking around for muesli that is fruit free, and stumbled across this one the other day. I thought I’d give it a go and bought a box. It’s actually quite delicious! It’s got a blend of almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews and oat clusters. It also has sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in it.
So if you love nuts but don’t want fruit, try it out! It does have more sugar that I would like, but still less sugar than a lot of other breakfast foods. If you want to have a look at the ingredients in more detail, here is the nutrition information:
I’m curious to know if there are other similar ones out there that I’ve missed. If you know of any, please do let me know. Although I will keep eating this one, it wouldn’t hurt to have a bit of variety!
