After work today, I’m going to go see one of the movies showing at the film festival with my team. We’re watching Banksy does New York, which is a documentary. The short description says:
Documenting the frenzy of adulation and controversy that erupted during street artist Banksy’s month-long ‘residency’ in New York, Chris Moukarbel energetically examines issues of art and ownership within the public space.
Now, I’m not usually a big fan of documentaries, so it’ll be interesting to see whether I enjoy it or not. I do occasionally come across documentaries that I find interesting. I’m unsure if this will be one of them as it’s about art, and that isn’t necessarily a huge interest of mine.
We’re going out to celebrate my colleagues 11th anniversary at Trade Me. Now, that is something to celebrate! I’ve been here for almost 4 years, and I feel that’s long (not in a bad way though)!
Two more days to go till our company Good Times event. I’m looking forward to that!
