My goals for August

August 1, 2015

I was browsing around reading all kinds of blogs when I found one where I got a bit inspired. Little Misadventures wrote about her monthly goals and crossed off the ones she had done the previous month. I thought it was a great idea, so I’m stealing it and setting myself some goals for this month.

Goals August
  1. Try a new recipe
  2. Catch up on Teen Wolf
  3. Give a compliment to a stranger
  4. Clear out our herb box to make room for new seeds
  5. Post at least 10 photos to Instagram
  6. Stand for at least 1 hour a day at work
  7. Use dental floss at least 2 times a week
  8. Eat breakfast every day

Those shouldn’t be too hard to complete, although I’m usually not very good at sticking to these. I’ll give it my best shot though! If it works out well I might make it a monthly thing!

What are your goals, either for next month or for the rest of the year? 🙂

Eating breakfast is always a challenge for me! I have coffee in the morning and I’m not hungry until lunch! I need to find that happy in-between place 🙂

I just like coffee way too much and it throws off my hunger signals! Haha I feel ya on the sleeping in though!

I luckily never started drinking coffee, so I don’t have that problem! 🙂

Breakfast is a really hard thing for me to actually have. My husband keeps reminding me that it’s the most important meal of the day and blah blah blah but it’s just so hard! I’m not a morning person as is so I can either wake up early or I can have breakfast. I don’t think it’s possible for me to accomplish both tasks in the same day! Good luck with your goals Sophie, here’s hoping we both accomplish ours this month 🙂

Haha I hear you, I’m really bad at having breakfast on the weekends, but when I’m at work I have to eat something or I can’t concentrate!
