I’ve been on a hunt for the best banana bread for a while and I think I’ve managed to find my favourite. I prefer my banana bread sweet, almost like banana cake, but in loaf form, haha! If that sounds like something you’d like, you should definitely give this recipe a go! 🙂
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
- Sift baking soda and flour, then add them to the wet ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees F (roughly 165 degrees Celsius) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
It’s not healthy in any way, but when you want to treat yourself to something really tasty, give this one a go. You won’t regret it, I promise! 🙂
