A to Z: Wellington, New Zealand

August 29, 2015

I sometimes get asked the question ‘What is there to do in Wellington?’, or ‘What should I see and do while I’m there?’ There are so many different things that are worth doing and seeing that it’s sometimes hard to just recommend a few.

So because of this, I thought I would make an A-Z list of my personal recommendations. If you’re travelling to Wellington any time soon, or if you live here and just want to try some new things, hopefully this list will help! 🙂

ADRENALIN FOREST
BOTANIC GARDENS
CARTER OBSERVATORY
DAYS BAY
EMBASSY THEATRE
FLYING BURRITO BROTHERS
GELISSIMO GELATO
HOT CHOCOLATES AT SCOPA
INDULGE IN HIGH TEA AT MARTHA’S PANTRY
JUICES FROM TANK
KAYAKING
LORD OF THE RINGS TOUR
MAKARA WALKWAY
NIGHT MARKET AT CUBA STREET
ORIENTAL BAY
PIZZA POMODORO – BEST PIZZA IN WELLINGTON!

UNDERGROUND MARKET

WETA CAVE
XOTIC ANIMALS AT WELLINGTON ZOO
YUM CHAR AT DRAGONS

There you have it. There are still heaps more things to check out so I would suggest you browse through the Tripadvisor page for Wellington if you want to get more suggestions for activities.

Have you been to Wellington before or would you like to go? 🙂
