Sticking to the health goal

I’m trying my very hardest to stick to my goal to be healthier this year. This morning, I completely forgot to eat breakfast. Like, I actually thought I had already had it until I realised I was really hungry. So I found myself in a position where I had to choose between whatever I could find at work.

There was a bit of muesli left in my locker that I could have chosen, or fruit that work provides. I decided that although the fruit contains a lot of sugar, it is probably better for me than the sugary muesli I’ve got, so I made myself a bowl of fruit salad!

That is so unlike me, especially because I’m not a big fan of fruit. But hey, I’m going to do my very best to stick to the goals I’ve set for myself. I was worried that the fruit wouldn’t keep me full for long, but it’s now almost lunch time and I’m still feeling quite satisfied.

I’m making myself a salad for lunch too. Who am I? Haha. I’m also going to try to go for a walk during lunch. I’ve heard it’s supposed to be quite windy today though, so we’ll see how it goes.

    Good for you! I am trying to be healthier as well, and trying to go towards eating less processed foods.
