I’m the Quality Champ!

January 21, 2016

I work in Customer Service, which means that the quality of what you do is really important. It’s been something I’ve always taken very seriously and have worked my very hardest to improve.

Today I found that that over the last fortnight, I scored the highest out of everyone in my team, which is something that I’m actually really proud of. We’ve got heaps of great staff, so knowing that my quality was the highest made me really happy. So happy I decided to share it with you.

Now, I don’t expect to stay on top for long, because as I said, we’ve got so many amazing staff that I’ll easily be overtaken again. But just getting the ‘award’ of having my picture in the ‘Quality Champ’ frame for once is quite nice.

I’ll try my very hardest to keep improving my quality though, because it is something that is quite close to my heart. There is nothing worse than bad customer service.
