Struggling to get over the jet lag

We’ve been in Sweden for almost 6 days now and Jeremy and I are still both waking up around 5AM every morning. On Monday, Jeremy said he wanted to have a nap at around 6PM so I laid down on the bed next to him to play a game on my phone while he rested. I wasn’t tired, but as soon as I was lying down, that changed, so I thought I’d have a brief nap too. Woke up 4 hours later at 10PM.

So as there wasn’t much point staying up that late, we decided to go to bed. But yeah, I woke up several times during the night, and at 5AM, I gave up and had breakfast.Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

I’m sick too. The kind of sick where you need medication, so I went to see a doctor on Monday. Yesterday was rough, even though I started taking the medication straight away, I felt worse than before the whole day. Today I think I feel a bit better, it might be a bit early to tell. Guess what time I woke up this morning? Yeah, that’s right – 5AM.

I’m not sure if jet lag is the only thing I have to blame though. Mum has a neighbour who watches TV throughout the night with insanely high volume. I think she’s a really old lady, so she probably doesn’t realise, but it’s really starting to affect my sleep. I don’t really want to call noise control, but it it continues like that every single night, I might have to. Broken sleep is no fun.

We don’t really have any plans today. I think I’ll mainly rest to make sure I feel better tomorrow, because we’re heading up to Stockholm to see Above & Beyond. Wouldn’t want to feel ill then! No alcohol for me though, as I can’t drink while taking this medication. I’ll just have to have fun the old fashioned way, the way Jeremy does it. How does one do that again?
