Winter has finally arrived!

January 3, 2017

I don’t doubt that I’ll be complaining about the snow and the cold in a few weeks, maybe even earlier, but there is no doubt that the first snow of the year is pretty magical. I was sitting in my bedroom watching some Teen Wolf when I looked outside and saw that giant beautiful snowflakes were falling outside.

It’s been snowing a tiny bit since we got to Sweden, but this is real snow. The kind of snow that would stick around. I just had to go outside and take some photos, even though it’s really dark outside, and I couldn’t figure out the correct setting on the camera to catch the snowflakes without them being blurry. Oh well, it’s pretty beautiful anyway.

I’m going for a walk with dad tomorrow morning, and the snow will definitely still be there then, so I’ll try to take some day time photos. Hopefully they’ll come out a bit better than these. Maybe I’ll try to figure out how to fix that blurriness before then as well.

Do you have snow where you are? Let me know in the comments!
